HEALTH & SAFETY COORDINATION - EPB REPORTING & ENERGY
SAFETY COORDINATION FOR TEMPORARY OR MOBILE CONSTRUCTION SITES
What is the purpose of safety coordination?
Health and safety coordination on temporary or mobile construction sites aims to contain additional occupational health and safety risks arising from interactions between different contractors on a site. The safety coordinator coordinates risk management between the different actors and provides the legally required documents, site visits and communication.
When is safety coordination mandatory?
For all construction works carried out by at least two contractors at the same time or consecutively, both during the design phase and during the execution of the works. Whether or not to apply the safety coordination obligation depends on the number of contractors involved in the execution of the works and possibly on the duration, number of man-hours, surface area, nature of the risks and cost of the project.
What do we offer you?
Our safety coordinators can draw on years of experience and an extensive network in risk management and health & safety coordination for civil and industrial construction projects. This for the private and public sector as well as for the profit and non-profit sector. Offering great expertise in school buildings, power plants, etc...
Our safety coordinators have the qualifications required by law and offer a tailor-made service for each project. We provide safety coordination in both the design and implementation phases as required by law and are always ready with expert advice and support.

EPB REPORTING
What is EPB reporting?
EPB stands for "Energy Performance and Indoor Climate". The energy performance regulations aim at a high standard of energy management on the one hand, but also at keeping well-insulated buildings liveable on the other. Since good insulation goes hand in hand with an increased airtightness of the building, attention must also be paid to a high-performance ventilation system for the supply of fresh air and the removal of moisture, for example. The degree of insulation and the primary energy consumption is translated into two values: the K level and the E level. The EPB report is obligatory for all renovations and new construction projects. A recognised reporter must be appointed to draw up and submit this energy file. (NB: for public buildings, the term EPD is also used).
What can we offer you?
For all your construction and renovation projects, we provide qualified professionals who carry out the entire EPB project correctly and per the regulations in force. From the initial declaration, advice, calculation to the actual declaration and the drawing up of the energy performance certificate. We also specialise in industrial building projects, business premises, schools, institutions, public buildings, care centres, etc.
EPB reporting in combination with safety coordination is certainly possible, for which we provide extra favourable rates.
ENERGY
In our further services, we also have experts available for door blower tests, sewer inspections, stability studies, gas inspections for new gas connections or for modifications to an existing gas installation and electricity inspections when selling a house.
Tailor-made energy studies and advice for your organisation and/or projects.
